Deceitful Hearts Oh, deceitful heart !  It is easy to see hypocrisy in others.  There is so much of it in politics, that we wonder if some can even move their mouths without being deceptive. They are speaking their own truth, but not truth, because their hearts are wicked. These experts at self-deception have no problem speaking lies to others on a regular basis. Career liars may be no longer capable of telling the truth because of their self-serving hearts. How can we protect ourselves from being fooled?
